Acne during pregnancy?

I’m 14 weeks into my pregnancy, haven’t really had any complications to date except for this past week. I’ve been noticing that JUST around my nose I’m getting tons of pimples (like, 2 or 3 new ones each day!). I don’t usually have acne. I’m wondering if this a normal thing that goes along with pregnancy, maybe because the skin is so oily around that area?
