Acne during very early pregnancy?

I am currently 10dpo and since about 7-8dpo I’ve been getting acne on my face & also I’ve been having period cramps that come and go randomly and sometimes their in the middle, sometimes their on the sides & sometimes their kind of sharp & sometimes their aching..

Did anyone else have these type of cramps or acne as early as 7-8dpo?
