Due to previous pregnancy( 4 months ago) I have really bad acne scars(black marks).How can I get rid of them?

I’ve never had acne until I got pregnant. Since then I’ve had terrible break outs and following is the black blemish scars.Is it possible to get rid of them? I’m trying to avoid pricey doctor visits.
