How do I treat pregnancy-induced acne?

I am prego with twins and have had some majorly bad acne, mostly on my chin area. It is painful and not to mention very unsightly! Most acne ingredients are not allowed during pregnancy, but I have been using one that is. Any tips out there??
I am 28 weeks along, it has only gotten worse over time. I know to expect the hormone changes and breakouts, but I am just getting so fed up! Arg! Have any of you tried the Belli skin care line? it’s made for pregnancy, and it has helped a little, but not much.
