Ladies with PCOS – did you have acne during pregnancy?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in May 2006. Since, then I am taking metformin 2000 mg a day (I have no insulin or weight problem) & also taking Ortho Tri-cyclen. I am planning to start trying to have kids sometime in the next 6-8 months. All my symptoms are under control now & the testosterone is very low (coz of BCP). I am worried that ones I stop my BCP the acne will be back on. Also did any of you ladies with PCOS have acne flare up during pregnancy? I am worried! Please write in detail… Thanks.
