pregnancy acne…please help!?

Okay ever since I have been pregnant I have had terrible acne (I tried just covering it up with make up, the one thats fine to use on acne but it just makes it look worse!) I have also been using Pro-Activ but its not realy helping! Please tell me what stuff ya’ll used if you managed to help clear your skin up, its realy bothering me.
