Pregnancy Acne: Boy or Girl?

I KNOW its just an Old Wives Tale – im just curious. Does/Did anyone have MILD acne/pimples around their mouth/chin/jaw and have a boy? I only get a little one-hardly even noticable, and its just been lately(im about 15 weeks), and I’m just wondering if there’s a correlation. I have a boy but cant remember if I had any to speak of with him, and I have a girl – only got a couple with her and they were on my forehead, not my chin. Please share, thx!
