I need help with pregnancy acne ?! Never had acne before?

I don’t really have acne but I do have alot more pimples than ive ever had before , and they will not go away ! Its so aggravating .I wash my face all the time (but not to much) And its still there .I really don’t mind but its kinda near my mouth and it looks Gross what Can I do to get rid of it …or make it go down…

I do wear make up but I haven’t worn any makeup for the past week or so because Ive haven’t really gone out that much because I do online school and I only run to the store ETC.
Any advice would help .Also will it eventually go away ?
Im about 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant .(im 16) Also could I use proactive ? My sister has it because she has really bad acne and Im just lucky because I never got it .Is it safe to use proactive? ect .
The docor doesn’t know why but I have a high HGC levels .no im not having twins, and thier
is nothing wrong with my pregnancy .
