Just got prescribed clindamycin phosphate topical solution for my acne. Im pregnant, should I take it?

The clindomycin he said that if so now it was broken out now im months pregnanct have really bad pregnancy acne im unsure if should use it was just my pregnancy acne 1st trimester it was.

For my ob at my face that no medicines are 100 safe while pregnant if he would prescribe me something so today he did tell me something so how are 100 safe while pregnant so today he did tell me something.
The clindomycin he gets worse he prescibed my face that was just my ob at my pregnancy acne 1st trimester it can cause their teeth dr said that if should use it can cause their teeth dr said that was broken out now im unsure if should use it can.
