Acne in pregnancy???

Is Neutrogena anti-acne moisturizer & body wash safe to use during period of conception and pregnancy ??

I have consistant acne and blemishes on my face and arms, and I regularly use Neutrogena Anti-acne moisturiser and body wash once a day. They both contain salicylic acid 0.5% in moisturizer and 2% in body wash.
I need to know if its safe to use it during period of conception and during pregnancy…..
