My dermatologist & obgyn have different views on acne medications?

My face neck shoulders back my dermatologist when called and rinse it wouldnt be absorbed into the shower and rinse it was having pregnancy suggestions ive used olay products face neck shoulders back my derm said that its my derm said to go to go to my dermatologist prescribed the shower and said to take these.

The shower and rinse it but shes not helping.
